At Shop All, we want you to love your home decor, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window for most items. Simply ensure products are in their original condition and packaging to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack with Care

    Place the items back in their original shipping boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage to fragile home goods during transit.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
